All drawings, calculations, reports, designs, and other work products created by Aerion remain the intellectual property of Aerion B.V. unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients receive a licence to use these materials for the specific project purposes for which they were created.
Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our work products without written consent from Aerion. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and additional charges.
The Aerion name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without explicit permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerion's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. This limitation applies to all types of damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
Aerion shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or other commercial damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is further limited by our professional indemnity insurance coverage.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Aerion shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or other unforeseeable events.
Aerion maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We do not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit client consent, except as required by law or professional regulations.
Clients similarly agree to maintain confidentiality regarding Aerion's proprietary methods, processes, and business information.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual project contract. Upon termination, Aerion retains the right to payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Aerion reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these terms or fails to make required payments. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content. Users access and use the website at their own risk.
Users must not use the website for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website's functionality.
